• ●Google (Gmail SMTP) — transactional email delivery of contact notifications
• ●Quo — SMS notification of contact submissions

Data Retention and Your Rights

We retain contact submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain business records. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing jeff@nightheron.dev. We will honor deletion requests unless we are required to keep the information for legal or accounting purposes.
